Multiple response question - feedback

Hi All!  I added a multiple response quiz question to my project.  I want to the appropriate feedback layer based on the response to the question.  I created two seperate layers but it's not reading the interaction results because I'm selecting "when user clicks the submit button".  I know I'm missing something but I can't figure it out.  Am I supposed to create a variable for it to show the most appropriate feedback?  Or am I picking the wrong triggers?  Thanks for your help, ya'll!
