My recording slides contain several text boxes. The learner can advance by clicking a hot spot AFTER all text boxes are completed accurately. They must click into a text box to enter text.
I have a few slides where the learner mistakenly will "tab or hit return" and the slide advances before the text boxes are completed.
Have you added a custom next button to the slides? I see a similar issue reported that we have marked as corrected in Update 17 of Storyline 360.
We are currently on Update 19, so I'm curious what version you are using? If you are on the latest version and have a sample .story file we could take a look at that would be helpful :)
I am a little behind with the versions - I'll take steps to make this happen.
However, This is a technical simulation that includes several text boxes that the learner will complete. Once complete, I have the learner use a Hot Spot to advance to the next slide. It is programmed to not allow them to advance until each text box is completed accurately. If they first click in each text box, it works fine. However, if they forget and just start tabbing or hit Return, the slide advances ---
I delete any Submit or Next buttons.
Thanks,
Terra

Thanks for the update Terra, it certainly sounds like it could be related to what we corrected in a recent update. If you'd like us to take a look in the meantime or publish in the most current version for you to do some testing, please feel free to share the .story file.
