Yes wendy i do have a trigger on the results slide, to reset the quiz when the user clicks the retry button.

I was wondering if we could create open-ended questions in Storyline 2. For example, 'what is your company's vision statement?'

I am not sure, how this question will be evaluated and visible to their supervisor?

To set up an open-ended question in Storyline 2, you will want to use a Short Answer survey question:
