This tutorial on choosing feedback and branching options provides instructions on driving learners to different parts of your course based on their response to a quiz question. You can also use Story View to arrange the slides to match the graphic you attached. Hopefully that will get you started, and I'm sure other members of the community can share specific design ideas, as well!
No problem, Marielle! When you add the Results Slide, you'll want to select only the questions that need to be tracked. From the looks of your graphic, I believe that would be Questions 1.2 and 2.2.
The only problem is that I don't want the result slide consider question 1 if the person select the wrong answer. Only the result of the 1.2 will be communicated.
Ah, I think I understand now - thank you for clarifying. If the user gets Question 1 correct, you would like to count it in the Results Slide. However, if the user gets Question 1 wrong, you do not want to count it in the Results slide.
Unfortunately you'll have to track both questions to make them count. There isn't a built in way to omit a question from the Results slide if it is answered incorrectly, but perhaps someone in the community can share an alternative solution for what you're looking to achieve!
The 'Submit Result when user clicks the Submit button' trigger will send question response data to the Results slide. If you want to include a particular question in the Results slide, you should use that trigger.
It's always helpful if you can share what you've got going so far so we can take a look at your specific set-up. If you don't mind sharing, you can upload your .story file here using the Add Attachment button at the bottom of the reply window.

Thank's for this information, but the slide should not take into account the result of question 1 but only question 1.2
