Must Click on Nine Hotspots Before Advancing to Next Slide

I suggest you replace your hotspots with transparent shapes because hotspots do not have states, e.g. Visited.

There are transparent diamonds already around the hotspots, and those aren't working either.

The diamonds are not transparent, they are invisible. Transparent objects have a fill, and can catch a mouse click, which is necessary for them to change state. Invisible objects have no fill, like your diamonds, and mouse clicks pass right through them without notice.

Fill the diamonds, and change the transparency to 100%, and see if that helps.

And like Michael suggests, replace the hotspots.

BTW, I didn't get any results from rolling over them, I had to click on them.

Removing the hotspots and making the diamonds 100% transparent seemed to work.

I found clicking on each pictogram rather than hovering over each one is more effective in order to change the state of the Next button.

Did you want to change the audio on that?

Thanks for asking the question.  The problem is the person who provided the audio no longer works here and a different voice would be inconsistent with the other slides.  Nonetheless, I think the instructions are self-explanatory given the text box.
