I have the default for audio files as muted using the storyline volume control in the player, but when I try and adjust the volume control to hear the file, nothing happens. Is there a way to make this work or do I have to have audio play off the start for it to work?
If you set the audio as Mute in the Storyline audio settings, it will be muted i the publish output. You will need to have it set at another level in order to use the volume contor in the player.
