My course doesn't resume

I have Storyline 3. Months ago I exported a HTML5 course with the option: Prompt to Resume. And it works good. But yesterday I needed export another HTML5 course with that option, but it didn't work(Don't show the window: Would you like to resume where you left off?). I tried with: Always resume. It did not work either. I come back to export the first html5 course, thinking that was a configuration in the current course, and it did not work either.
