I need some help with my articulate project. Every time I publish the project, the images, text, and shapes, they look blurry or fuzzy... I also insert some videos in this project, and the quality of the videos is working just fine.
I dont know what am I doing wrong, can some one help me?
I agree with Mr. C that it would be helpful if we could take a look at your file, or even just a sample slide. Also, can you help me with a few questions?
What version of Storyline are you using?
Where did you host the output after you published the file?
Hi, I'm having the same issue. I've attached the file here. Looks like there is image degradation when published and zoomed. Picture quality is set for 100%. I've attached the published and .story file. I'm using SL2. The file has been viewed in an LMS and SCORM Cloud with similarly poor image results. Various browsers are used: Firefox and Chrome.
A note about Firefox: be sure you're viewing the Flash output in Firefox. The end of the URL should say "story.html". If you see "story_html5.html", that means you're viewing the HTML5 output, which isn't supported in Firefox.

I did see bluriness in the zoomed images in the HTML5 output, but it looked much clearer in the Flash output. Let me know if you see an improvement after enabling Flash in Firefox.

Would you mind testing this link in Chrome and Firefox? Let me know if you still see bluriness in that link.

not the flash version. How do I get to the Flash version?
