Has anyone run into a situation where a course looks different than someone else's in terms of font size and paragraph spacing (particularly using a shrink font on overflow). I have many courses that I'm now managing that were built by a vendor. My colleague opens the .story file and it looks fine; I open it and the text is smaller and line spacing wider (many uses of "Use exact" spacing versus single space.
Any help would be appreciated. I'm stumped (and don't like to be :D )

It could be the DPI settings on your machine or that you do not have the required fonts installed.

I was having this problem with a client recently. She re-installed her Storyline and now we have no issue. We were also both using Storyline 2.
