I could use some guidance. I have a published Storyline 2 file with a layer for closed captions. When previewed in Storyline 2, the closed captions play correctly. In both Internet Explorer and Firefox, the closed captions play correctly regardless of the size of the browser screen. The issue occurs in Google Chrome when it is maximized. When maximized in Chrome, the closed captions run off the screen so the viewer sees only one line of text. When Chrome is not maximized, it plays correctly. Any ideas what might be causing this?

Hey Johnna- just popping in with an update from your case for anyone who may find it helpful in the future. It appears that the issue was specific to the Chrome browser on your machine and when tested in Chrome on other machines, the problems did not arise. Glad you were able to get to the bottom of it! :)
