I took a look at both Nicole and Salwa's cases and the issues were specific to each project.
To narrow down your issue, you can preview smaller groups of slides, then single slides if needed, because the issue is typically a corrupt slide.
If you need our help, then with your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
