I have several courses that contain multiple scenes with the test attached to the last scene and my LMS system is not recording the scores for these tests but is marking the course complete, the pass/fail option is selected. My courses that have just one scene are working properly and the multiple scene courses that I have modified to one scene are mostly working. Any ideas why they are not recording test scores?

If the issue persists, open a support case with your LMS provider, since they're your primary source of support for LMS tracking and reporting issues.
