On slides 1.5, 1.6 and 1.21, I am having issues with the states changing to visited as soon as I click the text box on "if court order, if out of state admin order and Next. I have checked the variables and the triggers and I think they are all correct, but they don't seem to be working correctly. Suggestions?
Visited is an automatic state and means clicked, you would be better off using a custom state, perhaps one called completed. Visited will show as soon as you click it.

As Phil stated, the visited is a built in state. Here is a link to all of the built in states and how they would work.
Thank you Phil and Emily. I changed all the states to a "completed" and it seems to be working fine. Such a simple solution! :)
