My videos keep freezing during viewing in my LMS

My group is currently testing a published Storyline course we want to release to production soon, but the videos keep freezing frequently throughout the course. It froze 15 times for one user which will not be acceptable for our customers. The course was published to SCORM 1.2 and is being viewed from our LMS, CERTPOINT. We all have fast internet speed, new desktop computers and our machines and Flash Players all meet the standards displayed on Articulate's website. Please help! This course is scheduled to go live at the end of the week.

You may want to try testing this file in the SCORM Cloud, the industry standard for testing, to see if you get the same results. You can also take a look at the troubleshooting steps listed here.
