mysterious line

I just received an update this morning from our IT team and am noticing a line across every screen that hadn't been there before. It's a faint horizontal grey line that disappears in the middle, but shows up nearer to the edges of the screen. It isn't part of the project. I don't believe this line was there previous to the update?
Any ideas?
In the attached image, look under the large acronym to see the faint line. Again, it's on EVERY screen.

PS- I just noticed it goes away when I switch to Modern Player. However, I don't want to do that.
I have it too but it's only in Preview mode.

Since the line appears in different scenarios, let's start with a simple Storyline repair. Could I have you both go through these steps and let me know if there's an improvement?
