Names on Test Results

As a recent graduate of the Storyline class, I can put the student name on the test, by adding the prompt after the test has been taken, using the Results slide options.  For my company purposes, we don't want them to be able to put in a fictional name once they see that they failed.  So I added two variables in the beginning of the course for them to enter their first and last name.  And I have added them to the Results page so they show up on the screen.  But how do I have them print on the printed results page?  We need that for our records.  Any help is appreciated very much!!
