Narration

Greetings all! I have been using Storyline for a little under a year now and find it a great tool for creating the training modules for Daifuku America. I have a question for the forum. I have created slides that viewers can click to so the module is more interactive. I was wondering if there was a way to pause the narration on the base layer when the user clicks to another slide layer. That layer would have its own narration. When complete, I have added a "back" button that triggers back to the base layer. It is when the user returns that I would like the narration to continue where it left off. Is this possible? If so, how? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I did some looking around on the forum and may have found the answer I was looking for. It seems that the layer properties menu offers the option to pause the timeline of the base layer. I haven't tried it yet, but I am hoping this will work. Thank you!
Hi David,
You may also want to review the article here on how to pause the timeline of a slide or layer.
