It's not possible to record narration while the timeline is advancing there in Slide View. You can add audio in one of two ways. You can then sync the audio up with everything in the timeline then. You could however, use a third part recording tool to record audio at the same time while having the timeline advance in Storyline. Then when you import the audio into Storyline, it should be pretty simple to sync things up.
