I updated my Articulate 360 yesterday and the course I published after the update I am unable to navigate the video when I add the videos controls below.
It is very important for my course to be able to navigate and see at which point (e.g. 15 min 35 sec) the learner has a comment.
I'm sorry you're running into this issue! Marcello's correct here; we do have a bug reported where you're unable to scrub the seekbar of the built-in video controls in Update 37.
We're actively working on this one and will report as soon as we have news to share on a fix. In the meantime, you can revert to a prior version to get this working again!

Hi Nina.
The video's seek bar isn't working correctly in Storyline 360, Update 37.
Downgrade to Update 36 solve this problem.

Exciting news, Nina!
The hotfix Ren mentioned is ready, and it addresses the issue where learners couldn't click or drag the seekbar on the built-in video controls!
You can explore the release notes here, and download the latest Storyline 360 update with these steps. Thanks for bringing it up!
