Is there a way that I can have a home button on a scene/slide go back to a base layer and not the last visited Slide Layer without resetting the initial state of the layer? I need to keep the saved state for a tracker I have built into the slide which applies to the full module but I want a universal home button that goes back to that base layer, not the slide layer.
You would need to allow the slide to reset to initial state from what I'm understanding of your description.
As far as your need to save states, is this something you could accomplish with variables? Do you have a sample .story file you'd be able to share so that we could take a look?
