This maybe a stupid question but I'm having an issue with how my question bank behaves on retakes. I have turned off slide controls, both player clicking and swiping on all my question bank slides, this works fine when taking the quiz on the first attempt. When you fail the quiz and click retake it starts the quiz again but this time the questions have the built in navigation controls - it also doesn't let me select any answers.
Does any one have any idea what the problem might be?
Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with this. It actually sounds like your course is in review mode (prev/next buttons, not able to select an answer) vs retrying the quiz.
Did you enable the retry option via the results slide within your course? That automatically adds the triggers you need for this to work properly.
