navigation triggers

Hi all

Is anyone able to provide me with the set of reasons why navigation triggers would simply not work?

I am experiencing this with Next> and <Prev buttons and Object triggers like inserted buttons. My triggers are explicit (e.g. Jump to 1.1 Main menu when user clicks the Next button).

My problem is not occuring on every slide in my project and I am struggling to troubleshoot.. I have not expereinced this with previous projects and my project time is running out.
