NDVA and Storyline 360 Testing Issues

This is my first time testing with NDVA. I created my course in Storyline 360 and it is pretty basic - I've set the tab order and alt-text. I have the most recent versions of NDVA and Storyline but the screen reader is not reading the text. I'm not sure if I am using the screen reader properly (I turn on NDVA and click the page with my published course). I published the course in Review 360 and on the web. In both instances the reader is not reading the text boxes and sometimes it is also not reading the alt-text in Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge. Anybody else running into this problem or can help here?

Thank you for sending your course in for careful review. I see that you're in great hands with Gerald, where he recommended the Fix Unexpected or Erratic Behavior steps and to reinstall NVDA.
Let us know if those tactics help. We'll keep digging to help uncover this oddity!
