You can easily do this by inserting standard T/F question slides and a Results slide. Here is a quick example with four questions ( I didn't bother applying any special formatting, colors. etc.. For each question, I extended the timeline to 15 sec. and added a slide trigger that advances to the next slide/question when the timeline ends. On the results slide, I also enabled the optional timer, just to provide some reference. Hope that gest you started.
