While our company does not normally publish any of our training modules outside of our secure network, we have contractors who occasionally work with us on-site, and are therefore required to undergo our training. But because these inviduals are contractors, they do not have access to our internal websites and network drives. They also do not have access to the Storyline tool.
Can you please direct me how we can publish a fully interactive module without posting to an LMS, for viewing by an associate who does not have the Articulate software? Thank you so much!
Agree with Bruce, something like Dropbox is probably the easiest, cheapest way to do this. I've used dropbox before and like it a lot.
Another option would be publish to CD, but you can sometimes run into issues with some functionality not working properly, and you have to mail the CDs...
Are any of those options secure? My company is training learners on sensitive material, so that content cannot be on a public space nor be searchable by the public or those outside of the company.
Hello Jazzmine - If that is the concern, you may want to utilize an LMS of course. If you were just looking for a temporary option, Tempshare auto deletes files and are only accessible via the actual hyperlink.
Hello, I am an educator looking to supplement my curriculum. I cannot upload content to our institution's LMS and am glad to hear about the Google Drive option of publishing. What is the means of receiving student work from the training (quiz results, text entry responses, etc.) if I use google drive?
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you would like to build. If you need to track learners' progress and results, we recommend using your own learning management system (LMS).

Hi Chrisanna,
I regularly have this scenario, and I publish to a DropBox account.
Some people do not like this due to the way it caches files, however, I have never had any issues.
Other options are Amazon AWS, or you could try Articulate's Tempshare.
Hope this helps.

Hi Chrisanna! Bruce is right
If you don't have access to a web server, here are a few free options to consider:
