Need help building two mobile Section 508-compliant modules

Hello! I have a project for a faculty member at a university who would like to update two modules to be mobile (and, 508 compliant). Would love to work with one of the amazing eLearning Heroes to make this happen. Please respond quickly - need proposals by EOD Wednesday, May 7 (6:00pm EST). RFP:

Redevelop two Flash modules to:

• Be fully functional on mobile devices
• Shorter, with slightly different content
• Maintain similar look and feel as originals (add more ethnic diversity)
• Meet Section 508 accessibility guidelines

Module 1 - IPM: Integrated Pest Management

• 10 screens total
• Can mostly use graphics design in originals
• Much shorter - Contact me to see a text storyboard document that gives specific details, screen-by-screen

Module 2 - Seed Quality

• 19 screens total
• Requires some graphics design
• Shorter than original - 
• Contact me to see a basic text storyboard document that gives specific details, screen-by-screen

**Have many of the the original .fla and .jpg files from which to pull images, for both modules
