Need help evaluating multiple fill-in-the-blanks

Aug 12, 2016

I've been using these forums a lot but this is my first time posting:

I'm trying to use this technique to evaluate two fill in the blanks on a slide. It seemed to be working quite well with one possible correct answer for each. Then, I was asked to change it to allow for more than one possible correct answer for each. So I changed it to use the technique in the lower video for multiple possible correct answers. Now it works properly when I preview the project but when I publish and load it to my LMS I cannot submit my responses. I can type in answers but it will not submit and give feedback.

I don't know if this is related or not, but another change I made to this project at the same time was to try to use this technique to send the variables (the learner's responses). Does anyone know of a reason why these two things would not work together in a project?

Here are my triggers for the slide:

Many thanks in advance for any help!

Hi, Laurie and welcome to participating in the community! As Walt mentioned, it may be easier for someone to track down the source of your issue if you are able to share your .story. Just in case you were not familiar with how to do so, all you need to do is click on the grey ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box and you will be able to browse and upload from there! :)
