I am asking for your help on this one. I am completely stumped. The layers on the comprehensive model (scene 1) are not cooperating like they should seen in (scene 2) of the attached story file.
Seems to be a simple fix, but I can't see why its not working. Your help is much appreciated!
See attached a revised file that I think simplifies (and fixes) your setup. Instead of the Pause/Resume timeline triggers, chnage the layer properties to pause the baselayer timeline.
