Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Flash player. Can you confirm that the computers you are using have Adobe Flash Player 10.3 or later? Also, you'll want to be sure you are using one of following browsers:
Windows: Internet Explorer 8 and later, Microsoft Edge (latest version), Google Chrome (latest version), Firefox (latest version)
Mac: Safari 7 and later, Google Chrome (latest version)
If you're still having issues, would you mind sharing your file here so we can have a look? You can use the Add Attachment button at the bottom of the reply window.
