need help with a status report uploaded in Articulate-Online

Dear friends

I need some help with a tiny and very annoying issue.

I use Storyline (v3) and published different content with identical tracking properties as per reporting and tracking options. They both contain the same type of quiz and the setup of the slides is very much the same.

In the reporting drop-down menu I set both to 'Completed/Incomplete' and in the tracking option to 'track using quiz result'.

After uploading/publishing, after running a partial view of all slides without the quiz and then also runing it again with completing the quiz in the second run, following result shows in the Articulate-Online report:

Upload A:  for partial view=NEUTRAL  for quiz passed=SCORE100% INCOMPLETE

Upload B: for partial view:=NEUTRAL for quiz passed=SCORE100% COMPLETE

Please note, none of the uploads has been viewed completely (i.e. viewed all pages)

So, where am I going wrong. . . . . ?

I compared the setup of both uploads page by page, checked the player settings, etc. and can;t find the solution just yet.

Some help would be greatly appreciated.
