Did you unzip the package before you uploaded it to the LMS, or did you upload the zipped package?
Have you done any testing in SCORM Cloud yet? If so, are you getting the same results? We generally compare the behavior in SCORM Cloud to your LMS experience to try to parse out file issues versus LMS issues.
If you'd like some help with that testing, just attach your original file here!
I uploaded it zipped, just like the hundred something projects I have done before. I have tried SCORM 1.2 and 2004. I did not use SCORM Cloud because I have never needed to before. It is just this one project.
I have an image in my course with a trigger in it that is set to open an excel file so the learner can download it and practice. However, when I publish to Articulate 360, it's not placing that file in the external folder. It was working before, but not now.
1. Publish the project, paste a copy of the excel file in the external folder. Go back to the slide and link it to that excel file. Re-publish the project and re-paste a copy of the excel file in the external folder.
2. Upload the excel file to a web server. Set the trigger to open the web link.

Sorry you've run into that, Brian! A couple of things to check:

I fixed it. I had to remove the apostrophe in the zip file name.
Ah, good find! Thanks for letting me know you got it sorted out. 😊
Hello, I'm getting the same message, but when I publish to Articulate 360. The link won't work. it's an excel file. Does that make any difference?
What is the full name of the zip file?
It's not a zipped file, I'm just publishing to Articulate 360, not uploading a zip.

2 ways I have handled this:
1. Publish the project, paste a copy of the excel file in the external folder. Go back to the slide and link it to that excel file. Re-publish the project and re-paste a copy of the excel file in the external folder.
2. Upload the excel file to a web server. Set the trigger to open the web link.
