I have been reading all the forums and cannot seem to figure out how to get immediate feedback for drag and drop questions in articulate storyline 2. I am adding an attachment to see if someone can help me. I thought it would be as simple as unchecking the "Delay item drop states until interaction is submitted, but that does does seem to solve my problem.
Ok I was able to get it to work thanks. Do you know of any less time intensive ways to do this because I have 56 slides to do this on. I guess i was trying to use articulates built in correct and incorrect. If not I can probably use this method.
The built in dropped correct/incorrect refer to the functionality of those states, not that they are automatically created for your content. You can read about the definitions of the states and how they'll all behave here. As Wendy mentioned, using format painter would likely be the best option to replicate across a number of slides. Or if the slides have the same options (just a different in which is correct) you could look at duplicating the slides and then modifying the individual correct/incorrect options.

Hi Taylor
see if the attached sample works for you. I added custom Drop Correct and Drop Incorrect states just to patella to start with.
Updated story file attached.
That would be perfect, but i still don't understand how you did it.
Go to the states tab for the patella and you will see I created two custom drop states. I went into edit states and added the tick and cross.
You should be able to use the format painter from the patella to paint the states to the other drop items,
let me know if that helps and if you still can't work with it I'll do a video to show you.

Sorry I don't but someone else might chime in to help you
