I have published my Storyline 2 project to the web and sent it to my SME for review through email. We followed the directions of saving the zip file and then opening story.html. But the screen is blank.
I have even tried to open it through these steps on my own computer where the file lies and it won't open. Please help! I don't know how else to show it to my SME.

The blank screen often means that the zipped files were not properly extracted. Make sure that you are right clicking the zipped folder and choosing "extract all".
Yeah often folks will just double click on the zip file and open the "folder" - but in reality nothing is unpacked except that file - so it doesn't work (same for any zipped files, not just Storyline)

you need to right click the zipped publish folder and select 'extract all'. You can then use the story.html file to view the module.
