I've built an eLearning that contains multiple sections. At the end of each section I have a few quiz questions. For some odd reasons, when I test out this file, and get to the last few questions of the last section, I can see them, but can not click on anything except for SUBMIT button. The check boxes and radio buttons are visible but can not be clicked on. I've attempted to remove the questions twice, and replace them with new questions that I've built from scratch. Same thing. Anyone see this before? Thanks.

They work fine in preview, but when published, all buttons do not work, (except for the next button.) that when clicked on will display a message (wrong answer) and continue to the next slide.
I took the two slides you referenced to publish and see the same behavior as preview in your larger file. You can see the published here.
Do you experience the same issue as you are reporting?
Are you viewing your published course in the intended environment? Looks like you were publishing for LMS. Please be sure you are not viewing locally as that could cause issue.
They seem to work fine where you published it, and when I preview it locally; however when I publish it to our LMS, they do not. Maybe an issue with the LMS. I just have not seen this before, so wanted to confirm that it was not the slides.
You can publish to SCORM Cloud for testing as well if you wish (not sure that big file size will work, but perhaps you can shim it down for testing). This helps determine if the issue lies within the course or within the LMS.
