Need quiz scoring help!

I'm creating a personality quiz where I have 4 personality types as a result.

I created a question for each personality type, and I'm asking the student to choose a response on a scale of 1-5 (disagree to agree). At the end, I'd like to show them the results for each personality type.

Something in my triggers is incorrect, and my results variables are not working.

My guess is that it's the "button 1=selected" trigger factor, however, I didn't know how else to do it without the variable being affected by them clicking around different dials before they choose a final answer and hit "next".
