Need some help with Audio May 12, 2015 By Susan Kelly Hi-Is there anyone out there using Parallels Desktop? I am having trouble with my Sound settings for Input and Output. I can see it is recording, but I am not getting playback. All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Have you tried recording in another program on the Windows side to determine if it's an issue with Storyline or the Parallels set up? I know a number of our community members utilize Parallels, so hopefully they'll be able to chime in here as well.
