As the title says - this is just a demo file attached, but in the first two interactions I am needing to click my submit and next buttons twice to proceed. I have read all other threads on this issue and none seem to be the problem I am having. I have used storyline for years and never had this problem.
I am using the latest version of articulate storyline 3.

I tried to import it into a blank file, and the buttons didn't import correctly, which leads me to believe there could be some corruption issues. I've opened a case on your behalf with our support engineers, where you'll hear from someone on the team soon. They'll be able to jump into the file and confirm, as well as provide some next steps.
Thanks for looking into this Ren - here is the support response I got from Phil just in case others are having this frustrating issue;
I launched your project file, and I was able to reproduce the issue. I was able to isolate the issue to the Snip diagonal corner shape. The shape may have been corrupted when it was inserted. I recreated the object and applied it to the slides/layers that have this shape.
