Need to display popup when clicking exit button

Hello, I have an issue on SL3.

I need to add a popup window or lightbox when the learner clicks on the exit button. 

I need to warn him that in this chapter if he leaves whitout finishing the chapter he will have to start from the beginning of the chapter and not where he left.

The  exit button was set up in the player (see attachment, sorry it's in french).

I can't put a trigger to display a lightbox by clicking on the exit button.

What would you recommand ?

I did not see an attachment to your original question above, but I think I understand what you'd like to do.
