I need to mark a course complete after the user has failed the quiz/test for the 3rd time. I do not want the user to be able to re-launch the course, which is happening now. I built the course originally in Storyline 3 and and made edits and republished it in Storyline 360. A tester intentionally failed the quiz 3 times and it is showing as In Progress on the LMS instead of complete. How do I get this to show Complete and Failed?

Have you tried changing your Report Status to Complete/Failed?

Thank you for the response. I had to change the SCORM from SCORM 1.2 to 2004 and this corrected the problem.
