I have created question banks based on existing quizzes within the same course. These quizzes all had their own results slides. I have created a final question bank which is a composite of all of the existing quizzes. Unfortunately this has included the navigation to results slides. I have looked on the slides inside the question banks and there is no next trigger. I cannot see where this phantom navigation is coming from or how to remove it.
Thanks Tim and Leslie. I did fix this problem. I redid the question banks. But I also found that if I deleted the next triggers and then imported the questions it also fixed the problem

Depending on my understanding of your issue...
Delete the links to the other results slides if this is unnecessary functionality.
Check the Settings cog on the slides to enable/disable the navigation elements.
Check the player for any other navigation functions.
