As long as you haven't gone over the usage limits for the serial number, you should be able to just download the software and activate it once it's installed.

Hi Donna!

You're able to install once, on two separate machines. So, you can have it on a laptop and a desktop. However, if there are multiple users on one machine, each user will need a serial.
