Since you are uploading it back to Rise 360 as the final product, that's acceptable under our Terms of Service:

You may use the Content Files to develop your e-learning end product in our Services (“End Product”), including modifying and embedding the Content Files into your End Product, and reproducing and distributing the Content Files if integrated in your End Product.

Just to clarify, can content be used in material promoting a course it is included in? For example, if I use an image in a course, can I also use it on a flyer promoting that course?

Welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community! You are free to use any images from the Content Library within the Articulate 360 apps, but this does not include any product brochures or flyers. You can find the details outlined in our Content Library 360 FAQs.

I'm working on a document for the Federal Government that REQUIRES citation for all images.  So, I'm wondering how to properly cite images available through Articulate 360?
