New Content Library Photos usage rights.

Mar 08, 2017

First off, how awesome are the new content library additions?!  And I'm sure the library is only going to get larger and larger now that the framework is set up.  So cool.

My question.  Does anybody know if there are any usage restrictions for the images?  Can they be included in courses intended for resale?  And can they be exported and used in Rise courses?

Hi, Sergio.

Since you are uploading it back to Rise 360 as the final product, that's acceptable under our Terms of Service:

You may use the Content Files to develop your e-learning end product in our Services (“End Product”), including modifying and embedding the Content Files into your End Product, and reproducing and distributing the Content Files if integrated in your End Product.

Let me know if this helps!

Hi Annarie,

Thanks for reaching out! Please allow me to reference Alyssa's reply here. This also applies to Content Library images:

You are free to use the characters available in Content Library 360 in content you intend to sell to the public. They're all royalty-free for commercial and non-commercial use—no attribution required.
