I have just got a new laptop and I'm having an issue with Storyline 360. When I click on the new or edit trigger buttons, the wizard appears but then disappears as soon as I move my mouse. I then have to press the 'esc' button to get out of it.
I have tried saving the file and then reopening it, restarting my laptop, and creating a new storyline file - it still happens. I'm not sure what else to try.

Thanks for contacting us and sharing what you are experiencing in your Storyline 360 software.
You mention that this is happening in a new file as well, so it sounds like it may be the installed version.
Do you know what version of Storyline you're using?
