A couple days ago when people at our office would start Storyline 2, we got an error message. Has anyone ever had this pop up? I'm thinking it's something our network is blocking. We can still use SL2 and everything works fine. I attached an image of the error.
Hi there, Mike. Your network might be blocking what appears on the Storyline 2 startup page when you first launch the application. The startup page includes links to tutorials and our E-Learning Heroes community.
Let me know if you experience any other roadblocks with getting Storyline running, and we'll take a deeper look!
That pop up looks to be referencing the Storyline 2 start page where you'd first see the "Initializing Views" before Storyline opens and provides links to our tutorials:
It sounds like you're able allow those scrips and continue to open Storyline?
Hi Crystal and Ashley, I kind of figured it's our network blocking whatever is being pointed to. SL2 runs just fine otherwise. I'll work with our IT dept. and see what they can do. It's not hurting any functionality at the moment.
