New Issue with SL3 not starting

Hi I've run into a problem. SL3 will not run. It starts and shows me the loading screen... then I hear a "ding" which I know is a dialogue box opening sound. Then nothing... it stays that way ad-infinitum. I can't access the dialogue box to see what it is because it opens BEHIND the loading screen. So basically I can't use the program. I thought it was just me, so I asked another team member to access the file I wanted to load... and the exact same thing is happening with him too.
Any ideas? I need to re-publish the file... but it won't let me in?

So sorry to hear about this snag. I'm happy to jump in!
If you haven't already, I recommend a simple repair of Storyline since this typically fixes similar issues:
* Be sure to reboot between uninstalling and reinstalling

HI and thanks Katie - update: It appears that the company had installed an update to the network security. This caused the issue. If this happens, run the app as Administrator and that sorts it out. WIndows!!?!! When are Articulate going to release Storyline on a more stable, tested OS like Mac ;)
