I have just opened my story from work on my new laptop and the formatting is way off. I have adjusted the dpi settings, checked that the fonts were available on my laptop and they are still way off. Considering I just spend 500 bucks on a computer to work from home it won't help if I can't get the settings corrected. Thanks in advance for your help.
Just to confirm, both of your systems are using a set up of 96 DPI as described here? Are both computers using the same update of Storyline, the latest update if Storyline 2 Update 7. Are they the same Windows set up as well? You'll also want to make sure that you're sharing files as described here between different computers.
If you're still having difficulty could you share a copy of the .story file and a image of how you'd expect it to be displaying vs. what you're currently seeing?
