Yes, thanks Ashley, today is the day for computer glitches! All content was loading and running fine on the previous (3.20) version of the App. We encourage our students not to update until we test to ensure compatibility however we cannot prevent them from manually doing it and those that have cannot access the content. We are looking into our LMS and we have submitted a case for this. For reference our LMS is Tin Can compliant and we have not had issues now for quite some time. Thanks for the response.
