New Modern Player upper link for homemade Menu doesn't "Jump to Slide"

I created my own menu in a slide, and I created a new link for the upper right hand corner of the modern player titled "Menu". I clicked the pencil and paper edit icon underneath it to add a trigger, and the trigger says to Jump to Slide >> 1.5 Menu >> When User Clicks >> "Menu". When I load the course into review, the menu link does nothing. 

Not really sure what the disconnect is or what I am doing wrong.
