New player Problem

Hello Romain! Thank you for including the screenshot -- it looks like you're using the new Modern Player. 

First, let's be sure you're on the latest update of Storyline 360. To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.19.16600.0 in the bottom-right corner. 

Next, tell me more about how you published the file. Did you publish for Web, LMS, or something else? Where did you host the published output?

I'm working on the last version of storyline, no problem.

I did diferents publishes, in Lms and for web.

I host the publishes output in my hardrive.

I test the publishes then in web navigators and in a LMS plateform.

Thanks so much for those details! This looks very similar to an issue we recently found in Storyline 360.

The Modern player incorrectly generates a scroll bar and dark gray rectangle at the bottom of a slide when a video is present in the next slide. Specifically, we're seeing this issue in Firefox, Edge, and Internet Explorer. The same doesn't happen in Chrome.

Does that seem to match what you're seeing?

But I have the same problem with Chrome.

I published your course and I'm not seeing the issue in Chrome. Can you see the issue in this published output?

If so, what version of Chrome and in what Operating System are you experiencing the similar issue?

I can't see the issue with your published output. What kind of published you did :)

My version of chrome is Version 69.0.3497.81.

I have the issue in every navigator and in our LMS platform.

Hey Romain. I'm excited to let you know that we just released update 23 for Storyline 360! It includes new features and fixes - check them all out here.

We fixed some modern player issues, including blank space below slides that resulted in unnecessary scroll bars and sometimes dark rectangles at the bottom of content.

Here’s how you can update Storyline 360 to take advantage of everything the latest release has to offer. Let me know how you make out!

I have got a similar problem. As you can see in the screenshot attached: the navigation arrows are positioned with a big distance below the content of the e-learning. It seems to be a white space between content and control elements. This sreenshot is made on Android/Chrome mobile device. Same happens e.g. on iPhone 6s with Safari … it seems to be a problem on different mobile devices. I need to use the modern player.

Is there any solution?
