Hello everybody, again I have encountered a problem in Stroyline with fonts, it comes more often Fehrlermeldung, if you choose the font, see attachment.
Is this happening to this specific font? Also, is it the same case when you create a new project? I suggest opening a case to Articulate support team to investigate what is happening. You also might want to try reinstalling the application first. Cheers!
I didn't see where you opened up a support case with our team, so I wanted to reach out and double-check that you were able to get your issue resolved.
The error you are seeing in your original image is typically solved by conducting a repair of your software.
Just to confirm, have you had a chance to see if the repair steps in this article did the trick?
If you still see these issues after going through those, would you mind sharing the .story file? You can send it to our team by privately by using this upload link. We'll dig in to see if we need to take action on a new bug, and will delete the file after troubleshooting!

I'd recommend following up or starting a new case here to sort out what else could be causing the issue!

I think it is certainly a bug of SL 360, if I search font, scroll quickly and then I get an error message, see attachment.
So sorry you see those errors, Jack. I'd love to help investigate!
I'm having trouble recreating the crash and red X on a test file using the latest version of Storyline 360, so I still need your help. To help us dig deeper:
